Blurb:

THE BAYOU’S BADDEST BAD BOY IS BACK!
Joining the Navy was the second best thing that ever happened to Justin “Cage” LeBlanc, the rebel son of a no-account convict. The first was Emelie Gaudet, the love of his life . . . until he was forced to leave town and swore there would be snow on the bayou before he ever returned. Now, only his mortally ill grandma could bring the injured Navy SEAL back to Terrebone Parish where he must face his shady past—and Emelie, who’s even more beautiful than she was seventeen years ago.
THE BAYOU’S BEST GOOD GIRL NEVER LEFT!
Mardi Gras mask maker and occasional Bourbon Street blues singer Emelie is hot to settle down with a much-yearned-for baby, minus the complications of a man. Once burned, twice shy. When she learns that Justin is back in town, Emelie wants nothing to do with the wild Cajun teenager who fled with the law on this tail—and broke her heart. Not even to gain the baby for which she yearns. On the other hand, Justin is now a gorgeous, seemingly responsible, man who could fulfill all her dreams. Can she trust that this time the bad boy of the bayou will be the best man for her?

I found this a wonderful first read by this author.  The story is so believable and the characters could be your best friends which really appealed to me. Tanta Lulu is a true breathe of fresh air and she made me laugh so hard I had to put the book down for just a moment. The neighborly nosey people in the small town add so much to this story but I must say the Sexy Navy Seals put the cherry on the top. This is a story I highly recommend that everyone read because in my opinion you will not be disappointed.
